RGV250/500 CONVERSIONS
For converting an RGV250 to accept an RG500 engine, there is now
an engine mounting kit available.
All engine mounts CNC machined, kit includes rear upper and
lower motor mounts, head mounts and head mount stays with studs and bolts.
The way the kit has been designed makes it virtually impossible to install it wrong.
The chain run will be straight and the engine will be in the centre of the frame.
No jig needed for welding, however you will need the services of a competent TIG welder.
These kits will be available in the next 60 to 90 days.
